As scheduled on 29th of September, 2008 the three representatives of Mali, Mr. Timba Bokary, National Directorate of Agriculture, Plant Health Control Section Chief, Mr. Gnambele Djakaridja, Division Head Provisions and Equipment Agricultural Koulikoro and Mr. Idrissa Soumounou, Office du Niger, Head of Water Management of River Niger with the translator also a citizen of Mali Mr. Mambo Dembele arrived for second time.

The objective of this second meeting was to become familiar with techniques for collection and subsequent delivery to the cooperatives as well as for the checks carried out by its quality and to comply with the cooperation agreement signed.
