On November 22nd, 2022, took place a visit by Deltamed partners to the drinking water treatment plant of the Terragona Water Consortium, in Spain.
This plant, with a production capacity of 3.5 cubic meters per second, serves the entire province of Tarragona up to the city limits of Barcelona, feeding a network of pipelines serving up to 3 million users.
The special feature is that this important system is fed by hydraulic intakes from the two irrigation canals of the Left and Right Ebro Consortia, partners of Deltamed.
